Other projects

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs executes the budget through four channels. One of them covers the projects that are directly chosen by the Ministry and that meet the criteria established in the Master Plan. These are multilateral or bilateral actions that receive direct financing without the intermediation of an NGO or a multilateral organisation.
