What is Work & Holiday?

Work & Holiday is an international mobility programme that allows young people between the ages of 18 and 30 to work and travel in a foreign country for a maximum period of one year. This programme is articulated through Memoranda of Understanding between Andorra and countries around the world, seeking to promote cultural exchanges and professional and personal development of the participants.

Who can apply?

If you are Andorran and you are between 18 and 30 years old, you can opt for one of our international destinations, such as:

  • Canada
  • Ireland
  • Germany
  • United Kingdom
  • Republic of Korea
  • Iceland
  • Norway
  • Malta

If you are a national of any of these countries and you are willing wish to explore and get to know Andorra, we open our doors to you with the same enthusiasm.

What does the programme offer?

The Work & Holiday programme offers an annual quota of places for each destination, allowing you to work and, at the same time, enjoy an in-depth cultural experience. This is a perfect opportunity to improve language skills, meet new people, to adapt to different working environments and, above all, to build a rich and diverse personal and professional background.
